This is an obvious issue with my Tagan BZ-900 Power Supply in combination with my Galaxy Tech 8800GT. It has been known (do a google search) that different 8800GT's be the originator of the noise, but in my case, it is clearly coming from the power supply. Lots of people are having this problem.
